Can Anyone show me how to use Bittorent??

i wanna try to get a big file to my friend, and the only way oter than burning it to a disc is this method..ive used it b4 but ive never shared any of my files using it..can anyone help me?

Just burn the CD, fellow. I posted a guide to do it in the other thread. Even though setting a bittorrent is not that hard, it's still more complicated than simply burning a CD.
