how do i make screen flash white with adobe?

im new to adobe premiere 6.5 and was wondering how i can make the screen flash white as a transition.

easiest way is to create a white matte and then do a "enter dissolve of your choice here"

An even easier way is at the exact point that the white flash is needed, slam your face into you monitor as hard as you possibly can. There will be the most vivid white flash you can imagine.

DrngdKreationz inspired me to come up with that one.

I'm going to write a guide about it.

It will be cool.

I prefer additive dissolves. They look better...however white mattes are sometimes better.
