MusicFest, it seems, is free to people who register for Fanime (pre-, early-, or at-con). I was disappointed 'cuz people said she'd be at Gakufest and it seems I can't go, but then I checked the Fanime site, and it seems she'll be at MusicFest instead :happy fangirl look:
