uh.. if you've got a TV out on your video card: turn it on, you open up media player, set it to full screen, hit record on vcr and hit play on media player. If you have something else you should know the specifics.

Uhhh

your vcr should have like Composite in or something. Like Video-in. You plug the video out of your computer into that. Then you set your VCR to the video-in channel or whatever you need to do.

BTW you won't have any sound unless you hook that up, too. Just go to radio shack or something and buy a Minijack/Headphonejack/0.5mm jack to RCA splitter cable - it's a cable that at one end should have a headphone plug and at the other end have a red and white plug, each with a big prong. Plug the headphone jack into the speaker or line out of your sound card and the red and white jacks in the red and white input jacks next to whichever spot you plugged your video into.

Then yes, just hit record.

I wouldn't consider waiting 3hrs after posting at midnight, "not getting help on the issue". If it sat here for days, then  yeah...

hey klinky, totally off topic but I highly recommend you buy the Eva manga. Misato is extremely hot in it. I dunno what it was about her in the anime that I didn't dig but in the manga she is fine. I'm trying to fit time in to draw asuka but these awesome Misato poses keep popping up in the manga that I want to draw.
