Postby JCD » Sun May 16, 2004 1:32 pm

It was a great contest, I had a great time, thanks to everyone who entered, I didn't dislike any single video :)

Action:
1. Tyler -- Das Tier - Macross Plus / Wolfs Rain - Rammstein - Das Tier
2. xRinoa - Shamanic Princess - Manu Picotto - Proximus
3. JCD -- Kiddy Grade - Fight For Justice - Toshihiko Takamizawa - Battle of Fire
4. ZEST - Shootingstar - Various - BANG
Drama:
1. Fuma -- Last Exile - some instrumental song
Comedy:
1. PiccoloX32 -- Funk Soul Brother - Fatboy Slim - The Rockafeller Skank

I'm sorry, I don't know the other positions yet, the contest coordinator The Motrix will bring them on soon I hope.

If you used the German DVDs, it's a result of poorly converting the NTSC masters to PAL. Nothing you can do but send nasty letters to ACOG (or whoever put it out) telling them to find a better conversion facility.

Do you have links to the videos, hard to tell just by series names?

Congrats to the winners.

Oh, and JCD, you, Mo, or *someone* who had crap in the AMV room has my VGA cable somewhere...that or it ran off with Mr. Beamer.

Nope, dunno yet. The only one who knows that is Motrix and it seems he still isn't home yet.
Don't be suprised if you aren't in the top-ten, the competition was very very tough :D

I don't have your cable, iserlohn, I guess you'll have to wait for that lazy Motrix to come online ;)

Out of sheer curiosity, did they happen to show
"Perfect Blue" set to "Voices Carry"? It wasn't
a contest vid so I'm thinking no...

Cheers!
