Finding a sound clip from "Batman"

Can anyone tell me the best way to find a sound clip from the original Batman movie? I want to get the bit where the Joker says "It's like Beauty and the Beast. But if anyone else calls you Beast, I'll rip their lungs out."

There are a lot of "batman" .wavs on the web, but none of them have that quote. Only the quote pages do.

I'd rent the dvd and rip the audio directly from it.

It may also be on Prince's Batman album but possibly interspersed with some 1990 pop funk thang.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, it seems it's in one of his songs, "dance with the devil."

If I can't download that, I'll get it off the CD. (If it's even on CD at the vid store).

... all the online .wav clips have the same exact quotes. It's frustrating.
