anyone knows where can I find Hime-chan's Ribbon VCD/DVD?

I've been looking "Hime-chan no Ribbon" all over the www, and only found the fansubs. I wonder, has this Anime been licensed for US/S.E.Asia distro? Any place(s) where I can buy a complete set of 61 eps, with eng sub/dub?


I prefer S/VCD by the way. Thanks in adv.
