A little help

At the confirm upload screen, i click upload but nothing happens, can someone explain cos im new to all this

Get an FTP client and connect to the FTP site given on that page with the login name and password given. Then just upload your video. When that's done you can download your video to make sure nothing got corrupted if you'd like. Once you're sure that the video is uploaded correctly click the radio button 'confirm upload'.
