there needs to be an option so that you can search for a video's position on the top star scale by title or creator.

Step 1: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/search/supersearch.php
Enter the title of the video you want to find out about here.
Step 2: In the results, find the video and take note of its star average.
Step 3: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/lists/stars.php
As the pages are in descending order with the largest star rankings first, navigate through the page listings until you find the star average of the video. Then look at the video titles with the same average until you find the video, then note its position.
