Premiere Pro Help (again)

Post by greenjinjo » Wed Feb 11, 2004 9:50 am

Alright, I need some help with a problem I'm having with Premiere Pro. Whenever I take a clip and mess with it's speed or add titles on top of it, it resizes that particular clip. For example, my video's going along at 720 pixels wide until it hits any edited scene, where it drops to about 680 or so. It then returns after the effect is done.

Any ideas as to how I can stop it from resizing the clip?

Thanks!

Um, did you make sure that your project is set to Square Pixels (1.0), and that all the footage you're using is being interpreted as such?

If your 720x480 footage was interpreted as NTSC (0.9) instead of square, you can right-click on the clip in the Project window and select "Interpret Footage..." and force it to conform to Square Pixels (1.0).

That's the only thing I can think of.
