Aspect Ratio....

well... i ripped my samurai x: trust and betrayal dvd, and it's a widescreen 16:9 of course...

but it's stuck on 16:11 cause of the black space above and below the 16:9 part of the video....

is there anyway i can cut out the black spaces??

well... is there like a cropping or trimming technique when working with AVIsynth files??

Say you want to crop 6 pixels from the left, 4 pixels from the top, 10 pixels from the right and 4 pixels from the bottom. Then you would add this line to your AviSynth script:

Crop(6,4,-10,-4)

It's in the guides.
