Problem with updating an avs script during a working project

Post by HurQlez03 » Fri Jan 16, 2004 11:00 pm

Ok here is what happened. My avs scripts had a special code to resize and crop. When I made my final preview, I realized that there were still black borders around or at the sides of each sceen. Now I am using NGE , the TV and both movies so a friend said that it is best to keep the movies in the original format. So he gave me a code to make the TV scripts widescreen. Now I have all my scripts given a new code but when I re-open Premiere, the scripts are the same. I checked thescripts in VDub before and they looked fine. In fact they still look fine. What I am seeing is that I have updated my script codes but the havent been updated in Premiere. Help me.

Have you tried exporting the video and see how it looks? This is probably an issue with the preview files or something. If you can find where premeire stores the preview files and delete them, that might help.

Make sure your premiere project is either set to the same aspect ratio as the clips you are using in the project settings or go into each clip's settings and set them to maintain aspect ratio.

I always get aspect ratio and resolution mixed up... But basically the answer is the same there....
