Where to buy Anime in new Brunswic?

Is there anybody on here that lives in new Brunswic, Canada? if so, where do you buy your anime? I Love anime...... A LOT!!! But I hate paying 70$ each time i want a new dvd!!! if you know any place where I can get it cheaper let me know! Also what are your views on bootlegs?
