Need an anime to fit a song...i KNOW there's one

Was browsing through my CD collection when I hit my Man or Astro-Man CDs. Man or Astro-Man is a little indie electronic surf rock band that I happen to adore, but most people I know can't stand. Anyway, I was listening through their CDs again, and I hit a song that screams "idea!" but left me at a loss for possible footage.

I can't say I've heard of the band or heard the song, but the catchphrase it seems in this song is "If I could concentrate...".

That made me think immediately of "Magic Users Club". Beyond that, though, the song doesn't really fit and might be a little long for a series so short (6 episodes of OAV, 13 episodes of TV).

I struck me as suiting Kodomo no Omocha, but as that hasn't been licensed over here yet, you might have trouble getting the footage.
