Audio Ripping help

Hey,

I'm workin on a new vid and the anly problem I have so far is that the audio flickers. The way I rip is I open my CD in WMP, copy the CD then send it to the meidia converter. Am I doin things right?

I don't know anything about ripping CD using WMP, but I can still suggest you another method that is supposed to work very well :
