Saw a few episodes on TechTV. The characters were pretty bland. Heck, the main character Mika doesn't even deserve to be bitch-slapped since she's not interesting. Man, TechTV really has to get more DECENT series (the only series that were pretty good moves were Lain, Duel!, Boogiepop Phantom, and probably Gatekeepers 21).
