Line Filter

I was wondering, does anyone know of a Vdub filter that is capable of thickening the black lines in animation, so they're better defined?

Theres a filter that will daken the lines, but nothing that will thicken them. I think the filter is called FXtoon.
There is also an avisyth script you might wish to try called mftoon. I find it to be really buggy and it hardly works for me though...
