Live Video Capture

Whats the best card or hardware for me to get to capture video from my camcorder to my PC?

Remember you did say BEST. I have no idea what you want to do with that footage once it's capped but I would recommend the Pinnacle Systems DV500 DVD or Pro One. They both come with a copy of Adobe Premiere 6.0 (maybe 7 now, I don’t know). They can both capture from analog or DV. Anyway, the Pro One has a few more real-time capabilities than the DV500 but that’s about it.
