I saw the anime a while ago and don't have it in my hands anymore. Just wondering, had Spike wanted to live, couldn't he just use the Swordfish to shoot down the building? Even if the building won't collapse, it could take down quite a number of the Red Dragon gang...

he wanted vicious, and he wanted to take him out with his own hands. Plus he had no reason to want to continue becasue julia died, that was teh reason he never died before. he kept living so some day he could try and jump start his life with her. but eya ... he could have also just shot the hell out of the building if he wanted to ... but he didn't so thats what had happened.

If i remember correctly the swordfish got fugged up on his way down.

And even if it was still usable i highly doubt the would of just shot the building up.

Spike, Vicous, and Julia were like a ring, when one fell the other were lible to fall aswell. Spike lived just to meet julia again, and when she died he only had one thing left to do.

I'm pretty sure that if only vicious died, julia and spike woud have been fine1

shooting up a building that large really wouldnt accomplish anything --; One, he would have no way of knowing if he killed Vicious or even hit anything at all. 2.The syndicate would be in their little fighter things within moments of his shooting at the building so thusly he'd just be blown up and die a shitty gay death. 3. That'd be a really unexciting ending and it'd leave too much to question such as if vicious dies or not. meh whatever though. But yeah, he wouldnt be able to do much to a syndicates HQ...oh and he had no idea where vicious was so he couldnt know where to aim either. He only finds Vicious due to Shin's help so yeah --;
