AMV Banners

Is there something special you need to do to create the a-m-v.org banners or do you just go to a program like paint? And after you're done creating one how do you upload it to the site?

Hey,

Well if its the correct size you can make it in paint yes. Although the banners I made in pain were regected...so just make sure they look descent.

Apparently they were so bad that whoever looks over the new entries sent them back saying no -_-

Can someone tell me a program I can use, or how, to make the animated ones? I've got two ideas but I'm not sure you can make animated banners in paint.
