Good point. I certainly hope the mistake doesn't happen in any other contest because it does confuse the issue. For this con, at least, though, the first two winners I remember being landslides in the votes, and the third was pretty clearly deliniated as well. There might have been some effect, but I don't think it would have changed the outcome.
