Can't remember how to create a link to a FTP with login

I've tried numerous combinations, but I can't get it right. I know it's something like this:
ftp://name:pass@ftp.members.lycos.co.uk/filename.avi

but it isn't working for me.

Hey,

Did the filename have spaces in it? There was an issue with spaces in the filename but it has been fixed now.
