Seeing that Phade has not created any AMVs in the past two years, I suggest that he be given a leave from the Org for a couple weeks. He can do anything that he wants, even just sit at his computer and surf the web or do the boogie woogie with his wife, but he deserves a break from all of this. Of course if the Org were to go down, then we'd have to call him back and fix it.
Now some of you may think that if he creates a crappy video, then he just wasted his time, but if he wants to create a crappy video then let him be.
