video format

Hello, sorry to bother you again.
But what do I need to be able to play the videos that most of the videos are encrypted in? Seems I can't play them using quicktime or winplayer.
Got any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I assume you mean encoded not encrypted. ^^; Usually each video will let you know which codecs you need. In general you can usually get what you need at places like http://www.doom9.net if you're having trouble finding a codec.
