Help! my AMV is WAY too big!!!

I think I have a big problem. I made an AMV for Rurouni Kenshin Seisouhen (sp) to Evanescence's My Immortal. I used Premiere, and didn't do anything TOO fancy, but it came out 230MB!!!! If anyone knows how i can shrink it please go ahead and share with the class.

just use TMPGEnc and convert it to mpg.

they dont help. they tell you what a bit rate is. thats it. its like reading a biography with an opinion.

TMPEG is great it does reduce size but the problem I have is you lose a little bit of sound quality when you do that but not much. I haven't found anything out there that is as good.

what about EO video?? thats a great mpeg converter i use since my other programs like to be a bitch about encoding it to mpeg when i have the mpeg encoder installed.

EO video might still help yah. what is the file size of the video?? cause when ever i make a high wmv and convert it to mpeg it usually makes it around 40 MB depending on the length.
