Post by Unlimited Rice » Mon Jul 07, 2003 10:22 pm

Argh, whenever I try to open up a Love Hina episode onto Premiere... it starts to freeze up and then end up closing itself.... :x

If its a fansub, thats your problem. If its a DVD rip encoded to DivX 3.11, thats also your problem.

you should purchase the dvd and then follow the guide on this site for using dvd footage

or... purchase the dvd and a capture card and use that method

Welcome to the club :) My premiere don't even starts on my comp. But I might say. Use Vdub to convert it to something else that you know works in premiere e.g.: Mpeg 1. Oh and when you convert it don't take the audio. I found it slows down editing program a lot. Oh wait. Is it an ASF file. Cause then your scrude or you use an old version of Vdub.

Best luck...
If you think about what you tought you knew then you know what you think you thought you knew but you think you don't and If you think about what you thought you knew, then you think you don't know what you thought you knew but you do.
Think about it! If you can't understand my sig, don't you say nothing about my spelling!

<SLAP!>

No, Vdub is for AVI making. TMPGenc is for MPEG making.

Hence the name "TMPGenc".

It means Tsunami MPEG Encoder.
