Looking for an anime

recently i found an Music vid that the song is a techno version of the Phantom of the Opera. the anime in the vid looks to be set in the in the future. some of the chars have a brown jump suit. there also seem to be Statues of Chirubs( i think) that are holding bowls that chase the chars and shoot lasers from the eyes. there also seems to be a Chic with a red dress and brown hair that is actulay and android with a hologram.. One of the chars the bdeio shows seems to have, or had a young duaghter. i'm guess that from a the reaction he had when he saw her in the vid. If you know what anime this is i would really like to know
