mpeg plugins problem

all right i got the mpeg plugin for video factory. but it still wont work. i try to register it but even that doesnt work. any suggestions?? i got it to work once i think cause i imported one of my mpeg videos but now i cant even get it to work at all. i even tried reinstalling it but that dosent work. any help would be appreciated. plus when i try to register it it says i suck. cause i cant register it on the internet properly. well it doesnt say that in those terms but u get the idea.

Export as a uncompressed or with the HuffYUV compressor.

Then use TMPEG. http://www.tmpgenc.net/
