Wild Arms anime??

Is there really such thing as an anime called Wild Arms? I loved the RPG series very much(one of my favorites, Wild Arms 1 was the first RPG I've played.)

And yet, despite being quite terrible, it is actually somewhat entertaining.
And I have yet to figure out why?

Also, it does get better after the first DVD, so give it a looksee.

yeah, im up to the 8th ep. i wanna know what happens. but it is not the best anime.
