Premiere Date for AMVs

Hi everyone. I'm a new editor who just recently finished an AMV. I haven't uploaded it anywhere, except privately, but I intend to eventually upload it to the catalog, as well as to Youtube.

All that said--and this is probably a stupid question--can anyone clarify what exactly the "premiere date" is? Is it just the day the video is made public? Or is there more to it? I read through the FAQs, but I'm still not quite sure.

For the premiere date, you can just put the date it was first available for people to see. This could be the day that you first uploaded it to the catalog, to YouTube, or the day it was first shown at a convention.
