Ack, right after I posted that, it showed the schedule on the T.V.

According to them, it'll be on at 11:30 on weekdays in early May. Oblongs will still play at 12:30 on Sundays... Fuck...

The oblongs....thats not the one that has the guy thats just a head, and he scoots around on a little thingy with wheels is it? Or maybe i just smoked too much crack and watched too much Excel Saga again....man, the 4th DVD is fucked up!! The other three are crack addled rantings, but the fourth is a crack overdose layered over an acid trip!!! And whats with them changing E-chan's voice actor? At least Pedro comes back to life...

Actually, they didn't want to change Excel's voice actor... What happened was that the fans pushed ADV so hard for Excel Saga to come out as fast as possible, that ADV rushed the dubbing process and Jessica Calvello (Excel's voice actor) lost her voice from being worked so hard. So actually, it was the fans' fault, not ADV's.

She lost her voice? To quote Excel: "Well don't that just suck?" And what? They couldnt wait for her to regain her voice? Did they keep the new voice actress? I dont know about you, but I think the new one isn't very good at all by comparison. She lacks that...annoying, grating edge that the original one had. And I don't think anyone else would be able to pull off "I love you so fuc-king much" and make it sound funny.
