Also, as for an editor's/organizer's dinner, you're right that Thursday would probably work best. I can't personally do Thursday this year (doh ), but I think it's a neat idea and could help coordinate it next year. Going for a pizza party or meeting up at the hotel bar may make it easier in terms of time needed

I'm sure you're safe, as most "anti-trolling" rules usually pertain to videos that achieve the wins before the entry deadline of the contest (in this case, December 5).
