I can't speak a damn german word

Post by Wyverex » Sun Mar 09, 2003 6:45 am

And I need to know what the woman at the beginning of this song says :

http://www.mindwarp.be/wyverex/clean_again.mp3

I was told she's saying : "Ja, ich hatte ein Traum.. aber jetzt bin ich wach."
Which would mean : "Yes, i had a dream... but now i'm awake."

But I'd like more opinion, especially if there's any native german speakers here ^^.

Thanks.

P.S.: Just for the respect of the artist, the file is from a song titled "(Why I'll never be) Clean again", by Oomph!.

I'm just a student, but that sounds correct to me (both the transcription and translation). Good luck with your project!
