The main characters, Yuuki Shinjuurou and Inga, work together to solve mysteries in a near future timeline. The story is based on the works of Sakaguchi Ango (Aoi Bungaku Series' "In the Forest, Under Cherries in Full Bloom"), a post-World War II Japanese novel and essayist.

NOTA BENE: This series has yet to start airing. The noitaminA slot for the fall 2011 is set to start on October 14th.

This was as awful as I predicted. Inserting random Miku Hatsune cameos to make the fujoshi go more squee isn't going to save it.
Happily dropped after making sure it was as terrible as I thought it would be.

Eh, I love mystery and I love Aoi Bungaku so I'll keep my eyes on it to see if it gets better throughout the season. If its anything like Aoi Bungaku, it's going to have many series put into short progressions of episodes.

1st episode: Too me, it seems like it set the stage for the whole series. Its going to be a mystery, you have the main characters and some whose goals are obvious, and its after WWII

Hence the glory, corruption, and death of one of the military leaders in WWII by his own wife.

I feel its going to be very similar to Sherlock Holmes' novels but I still wonder about the beginning and that guy's death. Perhaps, that's where the Aoi Bungaku series comes in.

Rating: 5-6/10 I wasn't that impressed. We'll see how the rest of the series plays out.

Oh hey, the panda kid is a girl. I totally thought she was a he. The show itself didn't really grab me, but it wasn't a bad watch. Ill give it another few eps if not just because I like the character designs.

Episode 7 made this show so much more interesting, thank God.
It seemed like it was literally puttering along until they brought in the 'novelist' to me. I think I could really like this villain! : D

Finally got around to episode 7...it was interesting, but I couldn't follow what was going on very well Hope they tie it together next ep.
