AMV titles can now be changed

It's been a long time coming. Not being able to change the title of an AMV is something that has been bugging me for years. All that really needed to be done was for someone to code an interface for this, so I did.

You can request title changes from the request change of locked video information page. The process is the same as with anime/song/premiere date changes. You request the change and it gets sent to mods/admins for approval.

I think this goes without saying, but if you try to 'delete' your video by changing the title to nothing, 'asdasdasd', or something like 'vidsux delete don't watch' we won't be accepting it.
