Just because I'm a bit slow on the uptake I need to confirm this... the footage can be anything? I'm an editor so I'm not about to go creating my own footage, but I can submit a video based on American live action TV/movie footage and not just anime?

I'm only checking because it seems too good to be true.

Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is the same way; its VAT contests get a fair number of non-animé videos every year.

I'll have to check that one out too. I really want to wait for Inception to come out on the 4th and make something to that, but I'm a slow perfectionist (which is a deadly combination) and I might be cutting it a little close.

Alright. I have to say that this AMV was made for anime conventions, and it's a special one.

Although I would have preferred to reencode the file, I guess I will have to send you an MP4 file. My pc sucks reencoding in MPEG2
