All presently outstanding site accounts and ftp requests have been processed to my knowledge. If you were expecting an email with said info but don't have it, check your trash/spam folders. If you still can't find it you might want to pm me instead, assuming something's gone wonky between us by email.

Regarding the pro forms (yes, I hate them probably as much as you do by now) they should be coming to me at the vattechnical (@gmail, @awa-vat.org, or @awa-con.com. All should be valid and route eventually to me). The videoart address is more for the programming side of things (the panels, projects, and similar events) or general questions, but don't worry if you sent stuff there. It'll get forwarded to me.

Don't be surprised if your video entry status doesn't budge for a few days. Things are in such a fluid state till I close out everything at the end of the weekend and can get a true idea of the state of things that updating the website is a waste of effort that can be better used elsewhere. Broken uploads and the like will be contacted as needed so no news is good news at this point.

Last but not least, thanks for the entries. Looks like a bumper crop this year!

I actually uploaded mine via FTP to the same directory as my video, with the same name. Is that okay, or do you want me to e-mail it too?

Something's up with the site, I just finished entering my Expo entry and when I clicked on the button to request an FTP the site responded by telling me that it was unable to connect. Just typing the site's address http://www.awa-vat.org renders the same page so I think your http server crashed.


Fixed now it appears.
