The op thing is fairly trivial. If most people think it should be kept, fine. It is semi-annoying to see 'review starts at 1!' then at one you're told 'Op, review starts in half an hour....' though. Kinda like how it's annoying when advertised movie start times are really when the ads start, the movie isn't until fifteen minutes after that. So perhaps a rule that ops should be left before review starts, but the actual review starts when it's advertised to start?

Rule wouldn't be kept. Things are fine as they are, it might be surprising the first time but when we all know the starting time is the time when OPs are left and review starts 30 minutes later, it's fine.

Enough people go "oh crap, review time" and come in late to justify the thirty minute op period. It allows more people to jump in prior to actual discussion. No one is forcing you to leave an op. Not like I am going to check at 30 minutes after and start banning people who don't op. Still, I think it's a nice thing to do. And unlike other things, when it comes to -review, it really is my channel. So on a fence issue like this, we go with what I say, and I say the thirty minute window for ops is useful and it stays.

yeah, for the sake of community participation I agree ops are important... but I think I'll leave mine after from now on ~.~ lol just for the sake of being different... and getting the last word in -_- lol.

How about this? I'm not sure I'll make it being that I tend to confuse timezones and sleep at awkward times, but thought I'd dump this here since it's somehow interesting to say the least.

This new time is difficult for me but if it's only me then i guess it's not a problem. I still think you should switch it up every now and then so you can get different ppl there. Not everyone can make a slated time. Even if you just switch it up a few hours every other time. I could make 10 easy 12pm I prolly can't stay long though I guess there is no reason I can't just come early and post thoughts. I can make it this time thx to work cutting me some slack.

I am impressed and incredibly surprised that I did not see any of this, but glad to see amv-review is back. Very fucking glad.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make the 12pm Saturday meetings
