If i had a better mic i would ask to be a co-host, but we will see how i feel about that later on , or if i run into a small amount of money to get a better mic.

If there's one thing I learn from these, it's how much I'm mispronouncing people's usernames around here. Not that it matters much, since most likely I'll continue to mispronounce them due to force of habit (I still pronounce godix as "god dicks" and almost forgotten it's god 9).

I know it's God 9 just pronounce it "godicks" because it flows easier.

Listening in chipmunk-mode... few thoughts...
1) It's pretty much a given that most people go into the VCAs already knowing what they're going to vote for... the opt-in thing just lets them also be able to choose those vids that would have otherwise been left out because the creator wasn't around for the some arbitrary time window between January and April where they have to check a box they already checked last year.
2) Streaming might have more an effect later on in semis and certainly in the finals. When you have a smaller list and this new feature you can easily see more people actually watching everything in at least a few categories.

Actually, it's 'God the ninth'. With roman numerals you don't actually just say 9. OTOH, I quit caring years ago and would answer to 'go-dicks', 'god-ix', 'god 9', 'hey asshole', or pretty much anything else as long as I know it's meant to refer to me.

Re: This Week In AMVs - New Episode Out!
Well, sorry guys. Was originally planning to have another ep out but in the end it didn't happen. I was dragged to the auto show here in Detroit on Saturday when I had begun to plan recording episodes. That combined with sleeping in way to late on Sunday I just didn't get an episode done. You can check my journal if you want more info on what happened when I tried to record a show at the auto show and again on my own. The short of it is, I rambled on and on about technology and found that when I tried to trim it down Audacity decided to flake out while recording. So yeah, no episode for this past week. And no, it's not because I got bored already and decided to stop.
Anyway, I'm working on the next episode. I'm looking to do a short mid-week episode and a longer weekend episode. This is the format I think will work best. The mid-week will just be myself talking about topics, answering questions, doing interviews and what not. The Weekend show will feature co-hosts and we will discuss the more hard topics and talk more in-depth about things.
If you have a question for me, or a topic you'd like to see discussed or want to discuss on air let me know. Send it to me via PM, post here, IM or talk with me about it in IRC. One topic I'm really interested in for interview segments is a continuation of the discussion we had at the end of Episode 3, how well you felt the community on the org accepted you when you first joined.
So, if you have an interesting story of what happened when you joined let me know. I wanna hear it and would love to air it. If you're not confident with your spoken English I can always read your comments on air and am more then happy to do so.
