Yeah I know it's difficult to wait more than one month to present his video (till the contest)

Just finished mine, gonna touch up a few problems that I found from most recent render and then submit/upload it to con tomorrow hopefully depending how long that takes and encode takes. I remember reading something about checking vids a week early or something so I figured I'd push to have mine done before deadline instead of being lazy

My bad I read that wrong, for some reason thought you were gonna start making the selections a week before the deadline. Well anyway, just means I finished early. Selections take place in exactly 2 weeks which gives a lot of time to do the ranking of the best vids of the contest ^^

I didn't mark mine as exclusive because the description says "Check this box if your clip has been created especially for this contest." My video wasn't created specifically for Japan Expo, it's just unreleased. Should I have marked it or does it even matter?

A vid is considered as exclusive if it's not available on the Internet before 4th July.
So, if u don't intend to release it before this date, I'll put your video as an exclusive one ^^
The fact is that on 4th July, the video will be available on AMV France site no matter your ranking, so, even if it wasn't done "for" the contest, not being released before this date is the same for us.
