Eh, just need some clarification. I haven't downloaded anyone elses track but mine starts out really rough for like the first second. I have it synced too so far but I wasn't sure if that was a good idea. It depends how your going to transition it. If its fading in while that short spaztic sync is going on it might look bad.

So I was wondering I shouldn't be using any really small cuts / sync to the first second or so.

Doesnt matter. Depending on how the first track ends, that rough second of editing might be cut out entirely. So i would keep it there, because i may or may not end up needing it for a transition.
