It's been long enough, right? Let's see your editing rig.

Chii definitely has a lot of cool stuff... No doubt about it. Just I really only collect for a few series, and really only KOR is a serious addiction.Ghet wrote:chii i love your room, srsly, if i had that kind of moneh thats what my room would look like
kio still wins this thread in terms of editing gear, but awsm room no less
The new set up I did while doing laundry. If you are wondering where the mac mini is, it's in the bedroom next to the router. I have an adaptor to hook it up to a TV via SVHS/RCA so I'll use it to connect to the Power Mac (the tower) and pull off media different from what is playing on the main setup (which is in the living room). This is mainly planning for when my parents come and stay in that room in the Spring. I don't have actual TV, but if they tell me ahead of time, I can have American TV shows downloaded and served to the Mini for them.
When I get a large HDTV, I plan to move the Power Mac and subwoofer off to the side, and place it on the table they are currently occupying.

So what exactly do I have?

Re:
What do you think the computer is dead center? It's a clone; architecture similar to the Mac Mini, but with specs of a Mac Pro. Although the Intel Minis will soon be there, and the real Mac Pros are up to 8-core processors, and the potential for something like 32GBs of ram!gotenks794 wrote:BTW I see no Mac Pro in your pics... and why the quotes?

Mah rig. Not really impressive, but thanks to #4 i manage to get stuff done.

1.My lappy. 15.4"
250HDD
1.6ghz core2
2 gigs ram
256 vid card
It's only flaw is that it's a Acer ... how i wish i had bought a HP.
2. My new speaker system. May not look impressive, but the subs kicks like there's no tomorrow. Max 80 watt out.
3. 1TB EXT HD. I threw everything I had on it and it only takes up like 20% of it ... ITS CRAZY! :O
4. Baggie with styff in it. Essential for inspiration and motivation.
You will also note my wireless mp3 headphones (right of desk, beside remote) with a build in mp3 player. 1 gig. Couldn't live without those babies. :3
Figured I'd post, let you all laugh. Then put together my own system sometime after xmas and make you all cry.
