Re: Food from around the world
I need to post some baked possum, innards and gizards in here from some of the local cafes for a taste of food around Arkansas.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

The pink stuff is a typical Russian holiday dish of "Herring under coat", which basically means a layer of salted herring under a heavy covering of beet+mayonnaise salad. One of my favourite holiday things *__*

Re: Food from around the world
Yesterday was a fun day food wise for me.
Started off with pan seared greek chicken and garlic steak fries for lunch. I score the chicken and marinate it in the greek seasoning overnight and cook it in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil, some garlic cloves, sea salt, and cracked pepper. Wish I could have taken a picture, it looked as good as it tasted.
Then I finished the day with Rigatoni with cheesy pepperoni meat sauce. I take 8 oz of Pepperoni slices and heat it up in a sauce pot with my favorite store bought spaghetti sauce. I then add in about 4oz of Mozzarella cheese, a few oz of freshly grated Parmesan-Reggiano, and some special garlic seasoning mixture I whip up.
Not sure if I will but I'm probably going to make Pizza tonight while the woman is off at a fish fry so I can have it all to myself. Lets just say I use a lb of pepperoni, lots of sauce, lots of cheese, and a generous amount of garlic.
