apparently you do:

3. No noobs allowed in this MEP. Noobdom will be determined by your level of obnoxiousness and level of poorly-done-effect-whoring/sketchy-timing.
now on to the rest of your rules:
1. Your track must have five seconds of blank screen before and after the video, for easy editing purposes.
actually the truth is, that makes editing purposes more difficult @_@
2. Your track must be wide-screen! If it isn't 848x480, MAKE IT THAT WAY.
hmmn you know, as "humorous" as it is the way you put this, just stating that you would like the project in 848x480 would have been enough..
5. No intentional, harmful discrimination!
shall I quote the newb rule again? you are intentionally discriminating against "n00bs"
6. No kingdom hearts, naruto, dbz, extraneous hentai, or pokemon/yu-gi-oh/digimon. NONE.
i like how you make an exception for hentai as long as its not extreme... and i love how that fits into a category with like pokemon and stuff...
7. DON'T FORGET! HIGH-QUALITY FOOTAGE IS IMPORTANT!
8. Frame rate = 29.97fps
What codec do you recommend? considering your Xvid/Divx issues in your extremely urgent help thread it makes me wonder if you know what the lossless codecs are?
9. THERE IS NO LIMIT ON HOW VIOLENT YOUR TRACK CAN BE! SERISOULY! ROCK OUT!
ah the good old American standard: blood and guts are okay but sex is a no-no!
Also just a note about the org rules: if your video is too violent, you can't host it on the org...
what about violent sex?
10. Any questions, feel free to ask.
no not really but I though I'd point out some "issues" I have with your little set of rules O.o
11. If an editor has already taken the track you're interested but you think you can do better than them, go ahead and try! If you are interested in tracks but aren't sure you'll be able to edit them, just tell me you're interested. I'll put you there

so you are going to give tracks to people who are interested but might not make them? why not say you will list them as back-up editors instead? that way you don't have to rely on wishy-washy people
anyways I've sworn off all meps...
