without all that stuff, you'd have berserk, there is a bit of nudity in that series but the thing is, it'd be the exact same without it, they don't make any of it important to the plot line and fanservice? though i am loath to admit it, there was a few elements of homosexuality in it, anyone who doesn't know that must just look at griffith and there you have it. anyway it's kind of odd you ask that question becuase it sounds like it has a negative conotation. why ask? do those things bother you in some way?
