Well, since all the other ideas have been commented on.... I'll just list some that I'd liek to see, and have suggested ot people a multitude of times... But people don't do it for some reason. =\

"Brass Monkey" to the monkey and alligator things from Utena(humo/random vid)

And "Lady Marmalaide" to Marmalade boy.....

No, seriously, I'd laugh at the title and then the video would suck 8)

Anyway, on topic, I'd like to see more vids to Robbie William's 'Angels'. It's got a lot of potential for a really, really good drama/romance video, either using the song lyrics literally or figuratively.

Otaku no Video footage to "We Are the Champions"! It's such a perfect fit, I can't believe no one's done it yet. But I don't have the DVDs, so will someone else please do it?

And what about Love Hina (including the Spring Special) to "Soak Up the Sun"?

Well, after 4 days of work, I've mostly finished the vid.

I just have a few kinks to work out, then I'll put it up. It isn't that great since I did it fast but it's a vid, it has a story, and makes sense.

Actually, that is pretty funny. I'd probably do it backwards, if I were to do this, since I really don't see those guys as my heroes. It fits the tone, though.

I'm not going to, since I'm not crazy about Otaku no Video, but I do think it's a cute idea.

Someone needs to make an AMV to Bare Naked Ladies' "It's All Been Done" about all sorts of genre cliches. Magical Girls and Mecha have to be in it for sure, but other than that, anything goes.

Problem with that is that the song is not about cliches. The song is about - well, it might be about their old-school fans, or it might be about a relationship, but it's not about cliches.

Uh...people, you do need to read the lyrics and not just the title.

A video like that would be fun, but probably not with that song...

I've read the lyrics, but I still think it could work. Especially if one of the cliches was about anime westerns ("I met you before the west was won,"). One cliche per verse kind of thing. It would have to be slightly random, but I think it could work.
