does anybody know how to export from after effects a avi file with a LAGARATH compression? Because my version doesn't have that option.

never mind. Facepalm on my own stupidity. Just now realized that the proper way to used after effects is to render the video no export it.

The only thing that bothers me is at 0:08, the last two shots of franky don't follow the flow that the rest of this segment uses.
