I'll add the following hint as I'm heading to bed: The show is an old show from an old manga, however the specific source from the screenshot isn't as old as the show. The character designs are somewhat better now then they were back when, but they are still stylized.

If no one guesses right while I sleep I'll post a new shot when I get up.
