Blood: The Last Vampire, X the movie sorta kinda, 3X3 Eyes is a good one if you need a decent length series of footage although the violence wasn't all that violent to me, but maybe I'm just desensitized.

Someone already mentioned the Devilman series, also not that violent to me. Might as well mention the Devillady series that's related to it somehow. Lesee, what else... Doomed Megapolis maybe (I heard it's really crap though), Tokyo Babylon is another possibility. My cousin introduced Saint Seiya to me as "Pretty Boys and Violence," but again to me doesn't seem to be very much blood there. It's also a very very long series. There seems to be a "Hades spinoff series" that is gaining popularity in the fansub community. I don't really know since I didn't really follow that series because it looked like it ripped off Ronin Warriors. Someone told me that Ronin Warriors actually ripped the look off Saint Seiya. So I don't really know anymore. I'm considering checking it out now that I'm more open-minded. The music for Saint Seiya is pretty good for 80's JPOP/JRock-ish stuff. Each of the special attacks has a theme song associated with it. It seems really silly, but the songs themselves aren't half-bad. I really ought to make an AMV to 'doragon buluuudo" some day.
I'm rambling on now, I'll shut up.
