I mind. This needs to stay in general AMV, because it involves serious discussion between AMV creators, about issues pertaining to the AMV community. If it goes to OT, it's gonna degrade to a pile of incoherant gibberish, that the people it matters most to wont ever see, cause theyre not interested in OT.
It has already obtained that status

It's true.

well what we are talking about now is even more important, regardless of what the threads title is.

I thought he came back after voluntarily leaving. Wasn't that what that whole chatroom text was about? Phade asked him to leave, he might have left and then he came back, as in posted again.

absolutely wrong, go back about 5 or 6 pages and find the link to spamdas rant, it will tell all there.

Great...oh well. I'll check it later. It's not that important either way. SpPanda still has his own forum should anybody miss him. Link at the bottom. and check out clara's forum also while you're at it.

My point is that before everyone does take sides and try to lay blaime on the other party. I personally don't know Phade, the Mods or even SpPanda so I really can't take a side just because each claim to be right.. There is always the possiblilty that the whole issue could have been caused by both sides making mistakes.. If so why takes sides....
